What have you been up to since you graduated?

Air Force 1966-1970 - Administrative Aide to Base Commander, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska
1970-1980- Police Officer - Virginia Beach - 4 years in unform on the Oceanfront - 6 years as Master Police Detective - Homicide Sq
Discovered capitalism....
Owned 2 automobile pre owned dealerships. Elected to enter the auto finance industry. Financed auto's for active duty military personnel.
Retired 2007. Played for 5 years. Learned to fly in 2002 - have Cirrus SR22 - was either waxing or flying.
2012 - wife decided to enter conceirge medicine and I became the Practice Administrator.............just got home and got the letter from Tim Shelton....
We fly on the weekends. Key West in the winter. Upper Michigan in the summer (for a little bit) Susan is from Algonac Mich.
Just turned 68 - Jan 16, 1947....livin' the dream.

School Story:

I wasn't the big brain in high school..worked at Colonial Store in Pittman Plaza....AND.....worked at "The Mill" with Chester and his dad "Mr. K".......I know......the place is long gone.

What are your memories of high school (i.e. secret crush, embarrassing moment, funniest thing you did in high school, favorite high school hang out, favorite teachers)?

The guys would take their dates home, then go to the "T Room" (Texas Tavern) and get all fooded up for about 2 or 3 bucks. Learned how to make the relish. Let's have a "Cheezy Western"..

Do you still see/keep in touch/have as friends any Glass classmates?

I wish I could say yes, but unfortunately, I have lost contact with everyone.

What is your high point/highlight of life after High School?

Met my wonderful wife on the beach (doesn't happen very often).
We both learned to fly and have a wonderful airplane.
Was very successful in the auto finance industry.
Wife is a very respected internist in Va. Beach.
Three wonderful children with 5 grandchildren.
Being in Key West for 27 consecutive years at New Years.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

I have outlined our lives above. Nothing surprising. Just good hard work.

Hi Bruce. It was great to see you at the 50th reunion. Where are you in Florida. Susan and I just bought a house at Spruce Creek Fly-In. (Near Daytona) I am trying to round up friends that live down there so we can have a get together. HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
