Anne Mullan Alexander, "Poo", 75, of Ridge Spring, SC, died peacefully Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

Poo was born September 27, 1948, in Lynchburg, VA, to the late Cecil Stevens and Henry Harper Mullan. She was the oldest of three children. Although she spent much of her life away, her roots were always in Virginia. Poo attended Salem College in Winston Salem, NC. Upon graduation, she moved to Charlotte where she met her Tigger. They were married on August 7, 1971. Together, Poo and Tigger raised their four children in a restored hunting lodge at 3853 Sedgewood Circle in Charlotte.

Survivors include her husband, Richard "Tigger" Boatwright Alexander; her sons, Fred Calvin Alexander III (Holly) and Richard Boatwright Alexander Jr. (Christie); her daughters, Elizabeth Spotswood Spencer (Glen) and Louise Boatwright Vaughn (Damon); and her eight grandchildren, Fred Calvin Alexander IV, June Jerrell Alexander, Sarah Audrey Alexander, Montgomery Spotswood Alexander, Richard Boatwright Alexander III, Elizabeth Boatwright Vaughn, Henry Marsh Vaughn, and Oliver Sage Floyd.

God has called his daughter home.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 11 at Ridge Spring Cemetery, 3068 Hwy 23, Ridge Spring, SC 29129.
